What is Swebsy?

Swebsy is a local-first visual website builder for static sites. Build your pages visually in the browser, then export or deploy them as plain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and assets. The actual files, not a preview link.

Your project lives in your browser. Building is free, no account needed, and nothing gets sent to a server unless you deploy, turn on cloud sync, or connect an outside service.

What you can do with Swebsy

  • Theme your site with a full set of color, typography, and spacing tokens
  • Add animations with entrance effects and custom easing
  • Set up SEO, analytics, and fonts from the Settings panel
  • Build with AI from ChatGPT or Claude (paste one URL, no install), a coding agent like Claude Code or Cursor, or the built-in builder
  • Export your site as a production-ready static ZIP archive
  • Publish in one click with the recommended Swebsy Hosting route, including SSL and rollback — free for one site on yourname.swebsy.site, with custom domains on a paid plan
  • Deploy directly to GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages, or export for any static host
  • Keep projects in sync across devices with cloud sync, plus version history on a paid plan

How it works

Pick a template (or start blank), then drag in ready-made blocks like a hero, a feature grid or a contact section. Click any block to style it. Colors, fonts, spacing and the rest live in the panel on the right.

Happy with it? Swebsy turns it into a static site you can host pretty much anywhere: GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, Vercel, S3-compatible storage, or any regular web server. Static means anything dynamic needs somewhere to send its data. Forms can deliver to your email, a URL you choose, or both.

Your work saves automatically in your browser as you go. Nothing leaves your device unless you deploy, turn on cloud sync, or use an outside service like AI, analytics, fonts or forms. A free account adds one hosted site on yourname.swebsy.site; paid plans add custom domains and more on top. See Plans & billing.
